We are an organization dedicated to holistic mentorship through means of competition. We will encourage young athletes to become a better version of themselves through weekly activities designed to combine life lessons with hands-on experience in a competitive environment. Rooted in a growth mindset, we believe constructive coaching through the unique challenges that competition evokes will shape the next generation of leaders within our community.

Our mission is to empower young athletes to achieve their full potential by providing a year-round platform centered around personalized mentorship growth through competition. Through a diverse range of physical and mental challenges, we strive to cultivate resilience, teamwork and mental toughness in our participants and help guide them to become a better version of themselves; both on and off the field.

A Better U is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization EIN #33-2088264. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. A Better U has full discretion as to the allocation of funds. No goods or services are provided by A Better U in return for contributions.
